Retrotec Inc.® Chargers:
The Original system has a 2 year warranty from the date of receipt. The "Original" charge system will be pro-rated when returned.
The All Charge Smart Box® has a 3 year manufacturer's replacement warranty. If for any reason the All Charge Smart Box® fails contact the manufacturer and they will replace it as per their guarantee which is in the box.
Before returning any charging system for warranty/guarantee work you must first contact Retrotec Inc.® if it is past the 90 day risk free trial period.
Retrotech Inc.® warranties all their products to be free of factory defects. Retrotech reserves the right to determine if a product will be repaired or replaced. All liability and responsibility is governed by the policies of RETROTECH Inc. and not their representatives, dealers, retailers or any other type of store, retail outlet, shop or catalog service and is not limited to the afore mentioned. Refer all questions to Ray's Tackle Shop or to RETROTECH Inc.®
De-Mister®
Demister® Guarantees the battery oil for the life of the original battery it was put into and only for the original owner of the battery. If for any reason Demister fails to perform as advertized return it and Demister will refund your retail price.
For all inquiries regarding the guarantee and return instructions for De-Mister® you must contact De-Mister® direct. The contact information and the guarantee are on each bottle of De-Mister®.

www.RaysTackle.com has a 90 day Risk Free Trial Period on all Retrotec Inc.® charging systems. Even if it preforms just as I said it would but for some reason you are not 110% satisfied with the system you can return it to Ray's Tackle Shop and receive a full (100%) refund of the retail price.
All other products offered by www.RaysTackle.com have the normal 30 day return policy with the exception of all lures. All lures cannot be returned because we cannot determine always if they have been used and by law they will have to be sold as used items unless they are in the original factory sealed package (unopened) then we may issue a refund of the retail price only. This is a case by case dicision and you must call www.RaysTackle.com toll free @ 1-866-434-7311 first before sending the lures back to me.
Before returning any product you must first contact www.RaysTackle.com by phone or email and get a return order number. All returns not given a number run the risk of not being accepted by www.RaysTackle.com or any of the manufacturers. All returns must be in new condition.
